What you can do

Connect Bridge with HubSpot and stop entering data by hand

Bridge brings WhatsApp, email, calls and video into one workspace and syncs that activity with HubSpot, which becomes the source of truth for every customer. See how it works in 9 steps.

  • Contacts, companies and deals in sync
  • Calls, emails, meetings and tasks in HubSpot
  • Daily AI conversation summaries
  • Auto-release by deal stage

Steps

  1. Step 1 of 9

    Find the integration in CRM

The whole integration is managed from one page of the console.

The HubSpot integration is set up in the Bridge admin console (admin.bridge.new), under Connections › CRM, for the workspace you choose in the sidebar. The page first shows a three-step setup: Connect CRM, Field mapping and Review and sync. Once HubSpot is connected, six tabs appear to monitor and configure the sync: Overview, Activities, Contacts, Deals, Pipelines and Duplicate Contact Handling.

    • Connections › CRM, in admin.bridge.new
    • A three-step setup to connect
    • Six tabs once HubSpot is connected

  2. Step 2 of 9

Check what you need before you start

The connection has requirements in Bridge and in HubSpot.

In Bridge you need an active account (every plan supports the integration), a verified Meta line configured in Bridge, which Bridge needs in general and not for the HubSpot connection in particular, and administrator access to the Bridge admin console. In HubSpot you need an active portal of any tier (Free, Starter, Professional or Enterprise) and Super Admin permission, or a user with OAuth authorization rights.

    • Bridge: active account, verified Meta line and admin access
    • HubSpot: an active portal of any tier
    • HubSpot: Super Admin or OAuth authorization rights

  3. Step 3 of 9

    Sync contacts, companies and deals

HubSpot and Bridge share the same data in real time.

Once connected, the integration syncs Contacts, Companies and Deals in both directions, with HubSpot as the primary source of truth. Changes made in HubSpot reach Bridge, and changes made in Bridge reach HubSpot according to each field’s Editable setting. Under normal conditions, sync latency is measured in seconds. Conversation history stays with the company when the rep changes. The Overview tab shows the sync summary.

    • Contacts, Companies and Deals, both ways
    • HubSpot is the primary source of truth
    • Changes arrive in seconds

  4. Step 4 of 9

    Log Bridge activity in HubSpot

Calls, emails, meetings and tasks end up in HubSpot.

Calls made from Bridge are logged as HubSpot Calls, with their duration and metadata. Emails tracked in Bridge are logged as HubSpot Emails, meetings scheduled through Bridge as HubSpot Meetings, and tasks created in Bridge, including the ones AI generates from conversations, as HubSpot Tasks. In the Activities tab you choose which types are sent and whether they are associated with the contact, the deal or both.

    • HubSpot Calls, Emails, Meetings and Tasks
    • Includes tasks created by AI
    • Chosen in the Activities tab

  5. Step 5 of 9

    Get daily AI summaries

Every active conversation leaves its context in HubSpot.

Once every 24 hours, Bridge’s AI summarizes each active conversation and posts the summary as a Note on the matching HubSpot contact and deal. HubSpot users get the full context of the conversation without opening Bridge.

    • Every 24 hours, generated by Bridge’s AI
    • A Note on the contact and on the deal
    • Full context without opening Bridge

  6. Step 6 of 9

Release conversations when a deal closes

The deal stage in HubSpot can close the work in Bridge.

When a HubSpot deal moves to a configured trigger stage, by default Closed Won or Closed Lost, Bridge releases the associated conversation from the active queues, freeing capacity for new deals. This auto-release is set up in the Pipelines tab.

    • Default: Closed Won and Closed Lost
    • Releases the conversation from active queues
    • Set up in the Pipelines tab

  7. Step 7 of 9

    Use the manual actions

Some actions you run yourself, when you need them.

Besides the automatic sync, you can run Resync from the Overview tab, which works like the initial setup and pulls all data from HubSpot into Bridge again. You can also push contacts flagged as Only in Bridge to HubSpot with one click, review and merge duplicates in Contacts & chats › Duplicates when the merge mode is Manual, and change or disconnect the HubSpot account from the Resync flow.

    • Resync: pulls everything from HubSpot again
    • Only in Bridge: push them to HubSpot in one click
    • Duplicates in Contacts & chats › Duplicates

  8. Step 8 of 9

    Connect LeadScout with HubSpot

Leads qualified by LeadScout reach HubSpot qualified.

LeadScout is Bridge’s AI qualification agent. When a lead comes in through WhatsApp or another channel, it can qualify them automatically with a configurable knowledge base: product catalogs, pricing and qualification criteria. Its results (lead status, qualification data, sentiment and conversation context) sync to HubSpot as contact and deal properties, along with a Note that summarizes the conversation. LeadScout is configured separately, under LeadScout in the sidebar; once the integration is connected, its results reach HubSpot automatically.

    • Configured under LeadScout, in the sidebar
    • Status, qualification, sentiment and context
    • HubSpot properties, plus a Note
