What you can do

Check in Overview how the sync between HubSpot and Bridge is going

Compare the contacts in both systems, understand each group of the chart and use Resync when you need to start again. In 8 steps.

  • Real-time statistics
  • HubSpot compared with Bridge
  • Four groups of contacts
  • Resync and account changes

Steps

  1. Step 1 of 8

    Open the Overview tab

Overview sums up the state of the sync.

In Connections › CRM, with HubSpot connected, open the Overview tab. It shows real-time sync statistics with a donut chart, and the data updates automatically as the sync runs.

    • Connections › CRM › Overview
    • Real-time statistics
    • They update on their own

  2. Step 2 of 8

    Compare HubSpot and Bridge

Two figures compare HubSpot with Bridge.

Sync summary from HubSpot to Bridge shows two figures: HubSpot contacts, the contacts in your HubSpot portal, and Bridge contacts, the contacts in Bridge plus the partials. In the example, 1,226 contacts in HubSpot and 1,074 in Bridge, plus 176 partials.

    • HubSpot contacts: your HubSpot portal
    • Bridge contacts: contacts plus partials

  3. Step 3 of 8

    Read the total of contacts

The chart brings together every processed contact.

In Contacts processed during sync, the donut chart shows the total contacts across both systems (Total contacts) and how it splits into the four groups on the right. In the example, 1,250 contacts.

    • Total contacts, across both systems
    • Split into four groups

  4. Step 4 of 8

    Review the synced contacts

New contacts from HubSpot are now in Bridge.

Contacts synced counts the new contacts pulled from HubSpot into Bridge. In the example, 912.

  5. Step 5 of 8

Push Only in Bridge contacts to HubSpot

Some contacts exist only in Bridge.

Only in Bridge counts the contacts that exist in Bridge but not in HubSpot; in the example, 24. The row says you can sync them in Bridge and includes a link. This manual sync pushes contacts flagged as Only in Bridge to HubSpot with one click.

    • In Bridge but not in HubSpot
    • Push them to HubSpot in one click

  6. Step 6 of 8

    Review the overwritten contacts

Some contacts were already in both systems.

Existing in both - overwritten counts the contacts found in both systems with changes applied; in the example, 138. The row includes a link to view them in Bridge.

    • Found in both systems, with changes
    • A link to view them in Bridge

Watch step 6 on the screen

  7. Step 7 of 8

    Review the partial migration

    Some contacts arrived incomplete.

Partial migration from the CRM to Bridge counts the contacts not fully synced from HubSpot due to missing values; in the example, 176.

    • Sync not complete
    • Reason: missing values

Watch step 7 on the screen

  8. Step 8 of 8

Use Resync when you need it

Resync pulls everything again and gives access to the account.

The Resync button, in the bottom-right corner of Overview, runs a full sync from scratch: it works like the initial setup and pulls all data from HubSpot into Bridge again. The Resync flow is also the entry point to change the connected HubSpot account or disconnect it entirely. To disconnect, follow the guide Disconnect or uninstall HubSpot.

    • A full sync from scratch
    • Change or disconnect the account
    • Next guide: disconnect HubSpot
