Follow the 9 steps on My Bridge to set up your company, your workspace and its connections.

The setup guide on My Bridge brings together everything you need to start working with Bridge: 9 steps in 3 sections, the status of each one and a direct link to the page where it is done. Learn to use it in 10 steps.

## What you can do

- 9 steps in 3 sections
- The status of each step
- Each step opens its page
- Channels and integrations

## Steps

### Step 1 · Open My Bridge

My Bridge is the home page of your workspace.

My Bridge is the home page of your workspace and the first screen you see when you enter the admin console. It is the first item in the menu, with a house icon. It brings together three blocks: the setup guide, the state of your channels and integrations, and the month’s usage, with licences, add-ons, AI agents, other products and WhatsApp spend. Everything it shows belongs to the workspace selected in the menu; if you switch workspace, the page updates.

- The first item in the console menu
- Setup guide, connections and the month’s usage
- Shows the selected workspace

### Step 2 · Check your progress

The guide’s header shows how much is left.

The setup guide sits at the top of My Bridge. Its header shows how many of the 9 steps are completed, for example 3 of 9, and a progress bar. Bridge marks a step as done when it detects it in your workspace. When all 9 steps are done, the title changes to “Bridge is set up”.

- Steps completed out of 9, with a progress bar
- Bridge marks a step as done when it detects it
- With all 9 done: “Bridge is set up”

### Step 3 · Get to know the 3 sections

The steps follow the order in which Bridge is set up.

The 9 steps are arranged in 3 sections, in the order a company sets Bridge up. Company setup: Languages, Authentication and Workspaces. Workspace settings: Users and Teams, Contacts and Conversations settings. Connections: WhatsApp, Voice calls and Email and meetings. Each section shows how many of its steps are done, for example 2 of 3.

- Company: languages, authentication and workspaces
- Workspace: users, contacts and conversations
- Connections: WhatsApp, calls, email and meetings

### Step 4 · Check the status of each step

A mark next to each step shows how it stands.

Each step shows its status with a mark next to its title. Done, a green circle with a check: the step is complete. Needs attention, an amber circle: something is missing and the step says what; for example, the WhatsApp number is connected at the provider but is not yet linked to Bridge. Pending, an empty circle: the step is not done yet.

- Done: the step is complete
- Needs attention: the step says what is missing
- Pending: the step is not done yet

### Step 5 · Start with the highlighted step

The next pending step is always highlighted.

The next step is the first one that is not done yet, in the order of the guide. It is highlighted on a blue background and its Open button is the primary one. In the example, the next step is Languages, in Company setup. When you complete it, the guide highlights the next one.

- It is the first step not done yet
- Blue background and the primary Open button
- Once complete, the next one is highlighted

### Step 6 · Open each step in a new window

Each step takes you to the page where it is configured.

The Open button of each step opens its page in a new browser window, so My Bridge and the setup guide stay in view while you work. When you hover over the button, a tooltip says so, for example “Opens Contacts in a new window”. Languages is the exception: it has no page of its own and opens in a side panel on My Bridge.

- Open shows its page in a new window
- My Bridge stays open so you can continue
- Languages opens in a panel on this page

### Step 7 · Check each page’s guide

Each step links to its page’s guide.

Under the description of each step is the link See how it works. It opens the guide of that step’s page in a new window, in your language, so you know what to do there before you start. Languages has no such link because it has no page of its own.

- See how it works, under each step
- Opens that page’s guide in a new window
- Always in your language

### Step 8 · Show or hide the steps

Choose between every step or only the next one.

While you have 5 steps done or fewer, the guide shows every step. With 6 or more, it collapses to the next step only, with its section, for example “Next: WhatsApp · Connections”. All steps shows the 3 sections and Hide steps goes back to the next step only.

- With 6 or more done, you see only the next step
- All steps shows the 3 sections
- Hide steps goes back to the next one

### Step 9 · Check your channels and integrations

See at a glance what is connected and what is missing.

Under the guide, Channels and integrations shows how many of the 9 destinations are connected, for example 7 of 9. All connections shows them in three columns: Channels (WhatsApp, Voice calls and Email), Applications (Brands, Meetings, Bridge Bookings and CRM) and Developers (API keys and Webhooks). Each destination says Connected or Not connected. Clicking a row opens the section where it is configured; Bridge Bookings opens in a new tab. When more than half are connected, the block shows only those that are not.

- Connected or Not connected, for each destination
- Channels, Applications and Developers
- Click a row to go to its settings

### Step 10 · Complete the 9 steps

With the 9 steps done, Bridge is set up.

When all 9 steps are done, the guide shows “Bridge is set up”, 9 of 9 completed, and the Hide button, which removes it from My Bridge. To begin, follow the order of the guide: the first step is Languages, in Company setup. The next guide, “Choose your company’s languages”, shows you how.

- With all 9 done: “Bridge is set up”
- Hide removes the guide from My Bridge
- Start with Languages, the first step
